SWEEPSTAKES RULES
Amelia Island Vacation Getaway “Promotion”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.   A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility: The Amelia Island Vacation Getaway Promotion (the "Sweepstakes") is open to residents of the state of Georgia, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of WSB-TV, Cox Media Group, Amelia Island CVB, Paradise Advertising, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible.
2. Entry: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00pm (EST) on June 18, 2013 and all entries must be received by 8:59 a.m. (EST) on July 15, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, log onto wsbtv.com, click on the Ford Beach Vacation Sweepstakes Link and enter your personal information in the spaces provided and answer the question correctly. Maximum one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries and mass entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

3. Prizes: 

(1)  Grand Prize winner will win the following prize package:

• 3-day/2 night Oceanfront accommodations at the Omni Amelia Plantation for two adults
• Breakfast for 2 days in the Sunrise Cafe
• One day bike rentals for 2 adults

4. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be chosen by random drawing on or about July 16, 2013.  Drawing will take place at WSB-TV, 1601 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309.  Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within 2 days of the date of the drawing.  WSB-TV will attempt to reach winners by telephone and/or email at information provided.  Selected winners will have 1 day to respond to phone call and/or email.  If no response, this may result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner.  Winners may waive their rights to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable.  No substitutions allowed.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility at WSB-TV, 1601 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign the affidavit or release or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his/her interest in the prize, and award prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to the publication of his/her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes MUST be claimed at WSB-TV, 1601 W. Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta, GA  30309, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday thru Friday.  For directions to WSB-TV, please visit www.wsbtv.com. 

Grand Prize Winner have seven (7) days to claim prize. Prizes not claimed in seven (7) days will be forfeited by winner.

5. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes judges, which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
6. Sponsor. The Amelia Island Vacation Getaway Promotion is sponsored by WSB-TV and Amelia Island CVB.  WSB-TV will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
