Cirque Totem “Best Seats in the House” Promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.   A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility: The WSB-TV “Cirque du Soleil Totem Best Seats in the House” Promotion (the "Sweepstakes") is open to residents of the state of Georgia, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of WSB-TV, Cox Media Group, Cirque du Soleil, American Signature Furniture, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible.
2. Entry: The Sweepstakes will begin at 11:00am (EST) on October 23, 2012 and all entries must be received by 8:59 a.m. (EST) on November 23, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, log onto wsbtv.com, click on the Totem Sweepstakes Link and enter your personal information in the spaces provided and answer the question correctly. Maximum one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries and mass entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

To enter, complete all of the required personal information in the spaces provided and answer the questions correctly.

3. Prizes: 

(1)  Grand Prize winner will be win the following prize package:

• 4 Front Row Seats for the December 16, 2012 performance at Atlantic Station.  Winner will have the opportunity to sit on furniture provided by American Signature Furniture

(10) Secondary Prizes winners will receive 2 tickets to the December 16, 2012 performance at Atlantic Station.

Approximate Value of secondary prizes:  $205

Dates and times are subject to change at the sole discretion of sponsor.  No refund or compensation will be paid in the event of the cancellation or delay of the December 16, 2012 performance (“Event”), or any portion thereof. Sponsor will not be liable if the Event, or any portion of it, is cancelled or delayed.  Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, attempt to reschedule for a future event.  Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.  The terms and conditions of the Event tickets may govern if the Event is cancelled due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen Event tickets, vouchers, or certificates.

Only one winner per household.

4. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be chosen by random drawing on or about November 26, 2012.  Drawing will take place at WSB-TV, 1601 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309.  Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within 2 days of the date of the drawing.  WSB-TV will attempt to reach winners by telephone and/or email at information provided.  Selected winners will have 1 day to respond to phone call and/or email.  If no response, this may result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner.  Winners may waive their rights to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable.  No substitutions allowed.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility at WSB-TV, 1601 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign the affidavit or release or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his/her interest in the prize, and award prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to the publication of his/her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes MUST be claimed at WSB-TV, 1601 W. Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta, GA  30309, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday thru Friday, or alternate location as determined by sponsor.  For directions to WSB-TV, please visit www.wsbtv.com. 

Winners have seven (7) days to claim prize. Prizes not claimed in seven (7) days will be forfeited by winner.

5. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes judges, which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
6. Sponsor. The WSB-TV “Totem Best Seats in the House Promotion” is sponsored by WSB-TV and Cirque du Soleil.  WSB-TV will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
