Each entry must not contain any material that would violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity, including without limitation rights of privacy or publicity, or that is defamatory, threatening, indecent, obscene or offensive, or that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations, or which requires a license from any third party;
(ii) The entry does not reference any person other than entrant, or any names, products or services of any company or entity or any third-party trademarks, logos, copyrights, trade dress or promotion of any brand, product, or service;
(iii) Your entry is appropriate for public viewing. Without limiting the foregoing, your entry is not lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise contain content which Sponsor in its sole discretion decides is inappropriate or objectionable. (iv) Your entry complies with all of Sponsor’s requirements and terms regarding the use of the website.
You agree to reimburse Sponsor in full in respect of any losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees (including, where permitted, reasonable attorney fees) that it may sustain from the breach of a representation or warranty made by you or the use of any rights granted by you to Sponsor hereunder. By entering, you will and hereby do assign to Sponsor your full right, title and interest over your entry, including any and all trademark, copyright, publicity and other intellectual property rights related thereto. Whenever requested by Sponsor, you will provide the necessary documents regarding the assignment to Sponsor and you will execute any documents that Sponsor might reasonably request for such assignment. In the event, and to the extent, that you cannot assign your entry as a matter of law, you hereby grant to Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, freely assignable license to reproduce your entry and to otherwise use, exploit, copy, modify, adapt, edit, publish and display the entry in any form, manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of commercial or trade purposes, advertising, and promotion as Sponsor and its licensees or assignees determine, without further compensation, notification, or permission. Further, by entering, you hereby waive any moral rights you may have in any entry in favor of the Sponsor.
5. Grant of Rights: Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Contest, entrants grant Sponsor, and/or Program entities, affiliates, and licensees the absolute right and permission to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, copy, reproduce, translate, dub, adapt, publish, exploit, and use the content of and elements embodied in the entries, in perpetuity in any and all media, including but not limited to digital and electronic media, computer, audio and audiovisual media (whether now existing or hereafter devised), in any language, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation
6. Winner Selection and Odds. On or about August 9, 2017, after the conclusion of the Contest Entry Period, a qualified Judging Panel as chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select thirty (30) finalists (each, a “Finalist”) from among the eligible entries. The Judging Panel will rank the Finalists in order of judge’s score.
The Judging Panel will judge the entries based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”), weighted in Sponsor’s sole discretion: (a) pitch accuracy; (b) tone quality.
The 30 Finalists will receive the opportunity to attend the live, in-person Atlanta Idol audition, to be held at the WSB-TV studios, on August 19, 2017.
In-Person Audition
The 30 Finalists attending the In-Person Audition will each have the opportunity to sing one (1) acapella song selection in front of a live Judging Panel, selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Judging Panel will evaluate each Finalist on the Judging Criteria and score each Finalist’s audition. The top scoring Finalist will receive the Grand Prize, as set forth below; the next five (5) highest scores will each receive the In-Person Audition prize, as described below.
The selected winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
To be clear, the Judging Panel may review multiple entries that submit similar entries; in such a case, the judges may consider the timing of such entries in making its decision but will not be bound to designate as a potential winner the first submission of such similar entries. The selected winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

The ARV of the Trip package may vary depending on location of major airport nearest to winner’s home, travel itinerary, and costs of air transportation at time of award. Trip prize winner will not receive the difference (if any) between actual and estimated retail value. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to the Prize winner’s proximity to the prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Trip prize winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining identification documents necessary for travel. Trip prize winner and guest must possess and show valid travel documents, prior to departure (e.g., passport, visa, valid driver’s license, or other acceptable government-issued identification), and must sign a Release of Liability/Publicity and any other documents provided to them prior to ticketing. Trip prize winner must provide Sponsor with the name, address, and date of birth of his/her guest at least sixty (60) days prior to departure. If Trip prize winner changes his/her guest after such deadline, Trip prize winner will be required to pay any flight transfer fees imposed by the airline carrier. No credit or cash will be given for any unused portion of the Trip prize.
No refund or compensation will be paid in the event of the cancellation or delay of any portion of the FGL Concert prize package (“Trip/Event”), or any portion thereof. Sponsor will not be liable if the Trip/Event, or any portion of it, is cancelled or delayed. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, attempt to reschedule for a future trip/event. Trip/Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. The terms and conditions of the Trip/Event tickets may govern if the Trip/Event is cancelled due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen Trip/Event tickets, vouchers, wristbands, or certificates. Exact details, including seat locations, shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Sponsor may select one (1) alternate winner, after which the prize for the Potential Winner in question will remain unawarded.

Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. Proof of sending or submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.
11. Indemnification.
