Radio City Christmas Spectacular

“Ticket Giveaway”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.   A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility: The WSB-TV & Radio City Christmas Spectacular “Ticket Giveaway” (the "Sweepstakes") is open to residents of the state of Georgia, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of WSB-TV, Radio City Music Hall, Cobb Performing Arts Centre, and Marketing Inspirations, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible.
2. Entry: The Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 a.m. (EST) on September 30, 2013 and all entries must be received by 8:59 a.m. (EST) on November 1, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, log onto wsbtv.com, click on the “Radio City Christmas Spectacular” link and enter your personal information in the spaces provided and answer the question correctly. Maximum one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries and mass entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

To enter, complete all of the required personal information in the spaces provided. 

1. Prizes:  One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen from all eligible entries to receive the following Prize Package:

• 4 tickets to the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. Tickets will be for the November 10 at 6pm performance
• Meet and Greet for 4 people with Radio City Rockettes Performers
• $100 gift card

Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $480.

Five (5) Secondary Prize Winners will each receive a pair of tickets to the November 10 at 6pm Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular performance at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre

Approximate retail value of secondary prizes is: $190

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value or change dates of tickets at its sole discretion.

1. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Grand Prize Winner and Secondary winners will be selected and notified by telephone and/or email, on or about November 4, 2013. WSB-TV will attempt to reach winners by telephone and/or email at information provided.  Selected winner will have 2 days to respond phone call and/or email.  If no response, this may result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner.  Winners may waive their rights to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable.  No substitutions allowed.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility at WSB-TV, 1601 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309, (or via email, as determined by WSB-TV) and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his/her interest in the prize, and award prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to the publication of his/her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
2. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes judges, which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
3. Sponsor. The Radio City Christmas Spectacular “Ticket Giveaway” Sweepstakes is sponsored by WSB-TV and the Radio City Rockettes.  WSB-TV will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
